研究目的：

本项目拟通过筛选乳腺癌 ALN 转移的影像病理预测标志物，构建乳腺癌 ALN 术前分层评估模型，为乳腺癌腋窝精准诊疗提供新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

This project intends to screen imaging-pathological predictive markers for breast cancer ALN metastasis and construct a preoperative stratification assessment model for breast cancer ALN, providing a new approach for precise diagnosis and treatment of the axilla in breast cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有同侧乳腺癌病史，术前接受过全身治疗或放疗的患者； 2. 肿瘤最大直径超出超声换能器可测量范围（临床 T3-4 肿瘤）； 3. 经 CNB 或手术病理诊断的良性病变或原位癌； 4. 缺乏手术标本 ER/PR 状态的免疫组织化学结果； 5. 缺少 US 图像或 WSI。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of ipsilateral breast cancer and preoperative systemic therapy or radiotherapy; 2. Maximum tumor diameter beyond the measurable range of ultrasound transducer (clinical T3-4 tumors); 3. Benign lesions or carcinoma in situ diagnosed by CNB or surgical pathology; 4. Immunohistochemical results for ER/PR status in surgical specimens lacking; 5. Missing US image or WSI.
