基于三维点云生成技术,建立其辅助设计全冠修复体的操作路径,并评估三维点云技术进行计算机辅助设计全冠修复体形态的临床应用效果

排除标准:

1.全身情况较差,或由于其他原因不宜接受口腔修复治疗的患者;
2.其他不能配合研究的情况;

Exclusion criteria:

1.Patients who are in poor general condition, or who are not suitable for oral prosthodontic treatment for other reasons.
2.Other conditions that cannot cooperate with the study.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

研究者根据对受试者的原始观察记录,将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入原始数据。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入。本研究的患者三维口扫数据及牙冠数据以.stl 文件格式导出后统一储存在电子数据库中。测量指标及其他对应信息等通过 Excel 电子表格记录。患者的三维口扫及牙冠数据、电子表格等在按要求完成数据录入和核查后,按编号的顺序归档保存,并填有检索目录等,以备查考。电子数据文件包括数据库、检查程序、分析程序、分析结果、编码本和说明文件等,分类保存,并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上,妥善保存,防止损坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

According to the original observation records of the subjects, the investigator will load the data into the original data in a timely, complete, correct and clear manner. The enrollment adopts the corresponding database system for two-person and dual-machine enrollment. The patient's 3D oral scan data and crown data were exported in .stl file format and stored in an electronic database. Measurement indicators and other corresponding information are recorded in an Excel spreadsheet. After the patient's 3D oral scan and crown data, spreadsheets, etc. are entered and verified as required, they are archived and stored in the order of number, and the search directory is filled in for reference. Electronic data files include databases, inspection programs, analysis programs, analysis results, code books and instruction files, etc., which are stored in a classified manner, and multiple backups are stored on different disks or recording media to prevent damage.
