研究目的：

1. 分析筛选接受全身麻醉的小儿手术患者，麻醉恢复室中麻醉苏醒延迟的相关危险因素。 2. 构建小儿全身麻醉苏醒延迟的预测模型，以期筛选出可能出现苏醒延迟的患儿。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Identification of risk factors for delayed recovery from anesthesia in pediatric surgery patients in the postanesthesia care unit. 2. Construct a predictive model for delayed recovery from general anesthesia in in pediatric surgery patients in postanesthesia care unit, in order to screen out children who may experience delayed recovery from anesthesia.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）术后未进入PACU 进行复苏。 2）相关临床资料不全。 3）ASA分级＞IV级。 4）在入室前已经苏醒并拔除气管导管，或因手术原因行气切术的患者。 5）因各种原因在恢复过程中二次手术患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Did not transfer to postanesthesia care unit. 2) missing demographic and medical record information 3) ASA classification greater than IV 4) Patients who have already awakened and had their tracheal tube removed before transfering to PACU, or who have undergone tracheotomy due to surgical reasons. 5) Patients who need secondary surgery during the recovery process from anesthesia with clinical reason
