研究目的：

（1）基于冰山模型及洋葱模型构建一套符合我国医疗体制和文化背景的口腔专科护士四手操作岗位胜任力评价指标，为口腔专科护士四手操作岗位能力培养、培训及考核提供科学依据； （2）为构建的口腔专科护士四手操作岗位胜任力评价指标进行项目分析及信效度评价，确认其科学性及有效性； （3）通过构建的口腔专科护士四手操作岗位胜任力评价指标体系分析口腔专科护士四手操作岗位胜任力水平现况及影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Based on the iceberg model and the onion model, a set of competency evaluation indicators for four handed operation posts of stomatological nurses in line with China's medical system and cultural background were constructed to provide a scientific basis for the training, training and assessment of four handed operation posts of stomatological nurses; (2) Objective to evaluate the reliability and validity of the competency evaluation index for the four handed operation position of dental specialist nurses, and to confirm its scientificity and effectiveness; (3) Objective to analyze the current situation and influencing factors of the competency level of the four handed operation position of the dental specialist nurses by constructing the competency evaluation index system of the four handed operation position of the dental specialist nurses.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究基于冰山模型及冰山模型及洋葱模型，先通过文献检索法、参与性观察、多角度的质性访谈初步构建口腔专科护士四手操作岗位胜任力评价指标基本框架。再通过多轮德尔菲法咨询护理领域相关专家及层次分析法，对前期拟定的口腔专科护士四手操作岗位胜任力评价指标初稿进行进一步的修正和完善。基于该评价指标体系设计自评问卷对口腔专科护士四手操作岗位胜任力进行调査，初步验证所构建的评价指标体系的信度和效度等内在品质，测试评价指标体系能否真实、准确、全面地评估口腔专科护士四手操作岗位胜任力水平。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Based on the iceberg model, the iceberg model and the onion model, this study initially constructed the basic framework of competency evaluation indicators for four hand operation positions of dental specialist nurses through literature retrieval, participatory observation and multi angle qualitative interviews. Then, through several rounds of Delphi method consulting with relevant experts in the nursing field and analytic hierarchy process, the preliminary draft of competency evaluation index for four handed operation position of dental specialist nurses was further revised and improved. Based on the evaluation index system, a self-evaluation questionnaire was designed to investigate the competency of dental specialist nurses' four handed operation positions, preliminarily verify the reliability and validity of the constructed evaluation index system, and test whether the evaluation index system can truly, accurately and comprehensively evaluate the competency level of dental specialist nurses' four handed operation positions.
