为妇科模拟培训开发核心技能的优先手术清单,构建适用于提高妇科微创核心技能的训练模型,验证模型的有效性及是否比FLS培训带来更好的技能转移,并利用LM-CPTM开展分步式培训。  

Objectives of Study:

Develop a priority surgical list of core skills for gynecological simulation training, construct a training model suitable for improving gynecological minimally invasive core skills, verify the effectiveness of the model and whether it brings better skill transfer than FLS training, and use LM-CPTM to carry out step-by-step training.

Eighteen qualified participants were recruited by Li Jianyi, the person in charge, and Huang Yue, a member of the team, generated a restricted randomization through statistical software, and randomly assigned to the SMTGMMTGFLS group at a ratio of 1:1:1.
