研究目的：

1.探讨rTMS对玫瑰痤疮患者面部潮红、红斑的疗效 2.探讨rTMS对玫瑰痤疮患者生活质量、焦虑水平、抑郁水平睡眠质量的影响；探讨rTMS治疗玫瑰痤疮的中枢神经机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. to explore the efficacy of rTMS on flushing and erythema in patients with rosacea 2. to explore the effects of rTMS on quality of life, anxiety, depression, sleep quality of rosacea patients; to explore the central nervous mechanism of rTMS for rosacea.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1） 严重系统疾病（包括心、脑血管疾病、甲状腺疾病、肝肾功能障碍等） （2） 其他严重的皮肤疾病（脂溢性皮炎、系统性红斑狼疮、皮肌炎等） （3） 严重的精神障碍（如精神分裂症、双相情感障碍） （4） 怀孕或哺乳的女性，或近3月有妊娠计划 （5） 曾接受过经颅磁治疗 （6） 存在磁共振检查禁忌症，如体内金属植入物、幽闭恐惧症等 （7） 存在中重度的鼻赘改变 （8） 具有TMS禁忌症者，如癫痫、脑出血、心脏起搏器等 （9） 其他不能配合完成TMS治疗操作者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Serious systemic diseases (including cardiac and cerebrovascular diseases, thyroid diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction, etc.) (2) Other serious skin diseases (seborrheic dermatitis, systemic lupus erythematosus, dermatomyositis, etc.) (3) Serious mental disorders (e.g. schizophrenia, bipolar disorder) (4) Pregnant or breastfeeding women, or planning to have a pregnancy in the last 3 months (5) Previous transcranial magnetic therapy (6) Contraindications to magnetic resonance examination, such as metal implants in the body, claustrophobia, etc. (7) Presence of moderately severe rhinorrhea changes (8) Contraindications to TMS, e.g. epilepsy, cerebral haemorrhage, pacemaker, etc. (9) Other people who cannot cooperate with the completion of the TMS treatment operation.
