研究目的：

（1）寻找代谢综合征关联性尿蛋白以及减重相关尿蛋白，以尿液检测的新视角探索代谢综合征特征。 （2）探究尿蛋白对代谢综合征患者减重预后的预测价值，尝试利用尿液蛋白评价代谢手术治疗代谢综合征效果。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Search for metabolic syndrome associated urinary proteins and weight loss related urinary proteins, and explore the characteristics of metabolic syndrome from a new perspective of urine testing. 2.Exploring the predictive value of urinary protein for weight loss prognosis in patients with metabolic syndrome, and attempting to use urinary protein to evaluate the effectiveness of metabolic surgery in treating metabolic syndrome.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

健康人群排除标准 1.除外高血压、糖尿病、肿瘤（含既往肿瘤史）及代谢性疾病； 2.女性除外妊娠； 3.不能获取有效病史及化验指标。 代谢综合征人群排除标准 1.除外肿瘤性疾病（含既往肿瘤史）以及严重肾病（例如糖尿病肾病 V 期透析状态）影响尿液收集等； 2.具有其他手术禁忌症的患者； 3.接受了代谢减重手术以外的其他手术（不包括内镜检查或单纯食管裂孔疝修补）。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion Criteria for Healthy Populations 1. Exclude hypertension, diabetes, tumor (including previous tumor history) and metabolic diseases; 2. Female exclusivity pregnancy; 3. Unable to obtain valid medical history and laboratory indicators. Exclusion criteria for people with metabolic syndrome 1. Exclude neoplastic diseases (including previous tumor history) and severe kidney diseases (such as diabetic nephropathy stage V dialysis status) affecting urine collection; 2. Patients with other contraindications to surgery; 3. Underwent other surgeries other than metabolic bariatric surgery (excluding endoscopy or simple hiatal hernia repair).
