研究目的：

本项目通过多中心研究，采用回顾性研究，通过收集来自本课题组的前期工作基础全国多中心IPF预后模型中的IPF患者的早期胸部CT，进行肺部影像切割、特征区域识别，筛选、识别关键影像特征，建立IPF单模态诊断模型；收集经多学科讨论确诊早期IPF患者的临床资料（包括患者基本信息、临床生化指标、冷冻肺活检或者微创肺活检病理依据）以及胸部CT影像，进行肺部影像切割、特征区域识别，筛选、识别关键影像特征，建立早期IPF多模态诊断模型；以实现IPF的早诊早治。

Objectives of Study：

Through a multicenter study, this project retrospectively collects the early chest CT of IPF patients from the national multicenter IPF prognostic model based on the previous work of our research group, performs lung image incision, ROI identification, selects key imaging features, and establishes a unimodal diagnosis model of IPF. Clinical data (including basic information, clinical biochemical indicators, the histopathological types of cryobiopsy or minimally invasive lung biopsy) and chest CT images confirmed by multidisciplinary discussion are collected to perform lung image incision, ROI identification, selection of key image features, and establishment of a multimodal diagnosis model for early IPF, to realize early diagnosis and treatment of IPF.

排除标准：

1）有明确的暴露史或者诊断为自身免疫疾病。 2）CT图像不清晰，严重影响评估。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Patients with a clear history of exposure or a diagnosis of autoimmune disease. 2) Patients with poorly defined CT images that severely compromise assessment.
