研究目的：

本课题以医院老年心血管患者为研究对象，调查医院老年心血管患者衰弱状况； 采用蓝莓花色苷联合益生元干预医院老年心血管患者衰弱人群，明确蓝莓花色苷联合益生元对 医院老年心血管患者衰弱的改善效应；通过肠道菌群谱以及微生物代谢产物分析，初步探讨蓝 莓花色苷联合益生元改善老年心血管患者衰弱的可能分子机制。  

Objectives of Study：

This project focuses on elderly cardiovascular patients in the hospital, investigating the frailty status of elderly cardiovascular patients in the hospital; It adopts the intervention blueberry anthocyanins combined with prebiotics for the frail elderly cardiovascular patients in the hospital, clarifying the improvement effect of blueberry anthocyan combined with prebiotics on the frailty of elderly cardiovascular patients in the hospital; By analyzing the intestinal flora spectrum and microbial metabolic products, it prelimin explores the possible molecular mechanism of blueberry anthocyanins combined with prebiotics in improving the frailty of elderly cardiovascular patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

第一部分： （1）恶性心律失常、III级以上心衰、脑出血、主动脉夹层患者 （2）痴呆、严重认知功能障碍、患有精神疾病、意识障碍，无法进行沟通者； （3）癌症或其他严重的疾病（癌症术后恢复良好，未发现远处转移等情况，目前未进行化疗、 放疗、服用特殊药物等可不排除）； （4）失明； （5）急性感染； （6）不配合调查者。 第二部分： （1）3 个月内患有肠道的急慢性炎症性疾病； （2）1 个月内使用过抗生素； （3）1 个月内使用过益生菌、益生元或合生元； （4）1 个月内使用过通便类药物或治疗腹泻的药物； （5）1 个月内使用过质子泵抑制剂； （6）1 个月内使用过胃肠动力药物。

Exclusion criteria：

Part One: (1) Patients with malignant arrhythmia, grade III or above heart failure, cerebral hemorrhage, and aortic dissection (2) Dementia, severe cognitive impairment, mental illness, consciousness disorders, and inability to communicate; (3) Cancer or other serious diseases (cancer has recovered well after surgery, no distant metastasis has been found, and currently no chemotherapy has been performed) Radiotherapy, taking special medications, etc. may not be ruled out; (4) Blindness; (5) Acute infection; (6) Not cooperating with investigators. Part 2: (1) Suffering from acute and chronic inflammatory diseases of the intestine within 3 months; (2) Used antibiotics within one month; (3) Have used probiotics, prebiotics, or synbiotics within one month; (4) Have used laxatives or medications for treating diarrhea within one month; (5) Used proton pump inhibitors within one month; (6) Used gastrointestinal motility drugs within one month.
