研究目的：

了解脑卒中主要照顾者自我调节疲劳现状、构建脑卒中主要照护者自我调节疲劳干预方案并验证该方案对脑卒中主要照顾者自我调节疲劳水平应用效果，为日后临床护理干预提供实证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To understand the current status of self-regulation fatigue for primary caregivers of stroke, to construct a self-regulation fatigue intervention program for primary caregivers of stroke, and to validate the effectiveness of the program on the application of self-regulation fatigue level of primary caregivers of stroke, in order to provide empirical evidence for future clinical nursing interventions.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者排除标准 （1）合并严重的心、肝、肾等疾病或合并其他部位恶性肿瘤； （2）符合《国际疾病分类ICD-10》精神与行为障碍诊断标准； （3）正在参与其它研究。 主要照顾者排除标准 （1）领取酬劳者； （2）合并严重的心、肝、肾等疾病； （3）符合《国际疾病分类ICD-10》精神与行为障碍诊断标准； （4）近3个月遭受重大打击事件（丧亲、离异等）。

Exclusion criteria：

Patient exclusion criteria (1) Combined with serious heart, liver, kidney and other diseases or with malignant tumors in other parts; (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for mental and behavioral disorders of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10); (3) Participating in other research. Primary caregiver exclusion criteria (1) recipients of remuneration; (2) complicated with serious heart, liver, kidney and other diseases; (3) Meet the diagnostic criteria for mental and behavioral disorders of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-10); (4) Having suffered major setbacks in the past three months (such as bereavement, divorce, etc.).
