研究目的：

回顾性分析游离股前外侧嵌合皮瓣的组织构成提出一种新型简化并具有临床指导意义的分类方法，以促进嵌合皮瓣的临床推广。  

Objectives of Study：

The tissue structure of free anterolateral femoral chimeric flap was analyzed retrospectively, and a new simplified classification method with clinical significance was proposed to promote the clinical application of chimeric flap.

复杂创面采股前外侧用嵌合皮瓣手术治疗 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Complex wound was treated with anterolateral femoral extraction with chimeric flap

排除标准：

①临床资料缺失； ②存在严重影响手术和预后的合并症患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 Lack of clinical data; 2 There are patients with complications that seriously affect the operation and prognosis.
