研究目的：

比较不同方式滴定PEEP对腹腔镜屈氏体位手术患者肺功能的影响，寻找最优PEEP滴定方式，保护患者肺功能。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the effects of different titration PEEP on the lung function of patients undergoing laparoscopic Trendelenburg surgery, and find the best titration method of PEEP to protect the lung function of patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准： 1.既往有肺部手术史及气胸、胸廓畸形、肺大泡，患有慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）、肺部感染或胸腔积液，过去2周有机械通气（包括持续机械通气）史 2.有慢性心肌缺血或严重心血管系统疾病 3.严重肝、肾功能障碍（肝功能异常，Child-Pugh C或D级，肌酐>200μmol/L） 4.术中改为开腹手术，术后入ICU 5.气腹时间＜1.5h

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of lung surgery, pneumothorax, thoracic malformation, pulmonary bullae, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), pulmonary infection or pleural effusion, and history of mechanical ventilation (including continuous mechanical ventilation) in the past 2 weeks; 2. Chronic myocardial ischemia or severe cardiovascular disease; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (liver dysfunction, Child Pugh C or D grade, Creatinine>200 μ mol/L); 4. Change to open surgery during the operation, and enter the ICU after the operation; 5. The duration of pneumoperitoneum is less than 1.5 hours;
