研究目的：

筛查出 4000 名骨量问题风险人群，并对该人群进行精准健康管理，针对低骨量人群，通过规范的健康管理和强化生活方式干预，降低骨量相关风险水平，减少或延缓骨质疏松的发生，提高低骨量人群的健康水平；针对骨质疏松患者，通过健康管理和强化生活方式干预、防跌倒教育等，防止其发生脆性骨折或多次脆性骨折，探索出骨量问题风险人群精细化健康管理模式。

Objectives of Study：

4,000 people at risk of bone mass problems were screened, and precision health management was carried out for this group, and for people with low bone mass, through standardized health management and intensive lifestyle intervention, the risk level of bone mass related was reduced, the occurrence of osteoporosis was reduced or delayed, and the health level of people with low bone mass was improved. For patients with osteoporosis, through health management and enhanced lifestyle intervention, fall prevention education, etc., to prevent fragility fractures or multiple fragility fractures, and to explore a refined health management model for people at risk of bone mass problems.

排除标准：

确诊的高血压、糖尿病、心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤及慢阻肺等慢性病患者；身体活动不便者或精神异常者；不能完整参加一年健康管理的人群；未签订书面知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; People with physical disabilities or mental disorders; Those who could not fully participate in health management for one year; Those who did not provide written informed consent.

在本研究中，我们采用分层随机抽样方法从重庆市的39个区县中选择20个区县进行分析。根据各区县的经济水平数据，将39个区县分为高、中、低三个经济层次，从每个层次中随机抽取6至7个区县，总共抽取20个区县。具体抽样方法为：通过为每个区县分配唯一编号，并利用随机数生成器生成随机数来抽取样本。被选中的每个区县随机抽取一个基层医疗机构建立为健康骨骼基地，在每个健康骨骼基地采用方便抽样的方法开展社区人员骨量减少及骨质疏松的健康管理调查。

In this study, we used stratified random sampling to select 20 districts and counties from the 39 districts and counties in Chongqing for analysis. According to the economic level data of each district and county, the 39 districts and counties were divided into three economic levels, high, medium and low, and 6 to 7 districts and counties were randomly selected from each level, for a total of 20 districts and counties. The specific sampling method was as follows: samples were drawn by assigning a unique number to each district and county and generating random numbers using a random number generator. One primary medical institution was randomly selected from each selected district and county to establish a healthy bone base, and a convenient sampling method was used to conduct a health management survey on osteopenia and osteoporosis in community personnel in each healthy bone base.
