研究目的：

1、建立超高效液相色谱串联质谱（UPLC-MS/MS）测定人血浆中环泊酚的方法； 2、研究环泊酚在全身麻醉诱导和维持时老年患者与青年患者中的药代动力学与药效学差异； 3、初步建立环泊酚在行择期手术全身麻醉的老年患者中的群体药代动力学动学模型，并评价影响群体药动学参数的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Establish a method for the determination of ciprofol in human plasma using ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS); 2. Investigate the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic differences of ciprofol between elderly and young patients during the induction and maintenance of general anesthesia; 3. Preliminary establishment of a population pharmacokinetic model for ciprofol in elderly patients undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia, and evaluation of factors affecting population pharmacokinetic parameters.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重的心、肺、肝肾功能障碍及凝血功能异常者； 2.有精神病史或长期精神类药物 (痴呆，精神分裂症) 、慢性镇痛药物服用史，酗酒史； 3.过去6个月之内参与了另外的药物临床研究； 4.对试验药物过敏者； 5.孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 6.手术出血量大于800ml。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals with severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic, or renal dysfunction and coagulation abnormalities; 2. Those with a history of mental illness or long-term use of psychiatric medications (dementia, schizophrenia), chronic analgesic medication history, or history of alcohol abuse; 3. Participants who have been involved in another clinical drug study within the past 6 months; 4. Individuals allergic to the trial medication; 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 6. Surgical blood loss exceeding 800 ml.
