研究目的：

建立一个前瞻性ICAS队列，通过多模态MR、CT等检查、纵向神经心理评估、近红外脑功能成像、脑电图、TCD等多重手段，评估症状性ICAS对患者认知功能的影响；以及观察血管内治疗与药物治疗对于症状性ICAS患者认知功能的影响，为ICAS人群提供精准诊治策略。  

Objectives of Study：

An ICAS cohort was established, and the impact of symptomatic ICAS on cognitive function was evaluated by multimodal MRI, CT, longitudinal neuropsychological assessment, near-infrared functional imaging, electroencephalography, TCD, and other multiple means. And to observe the effects of endovascular therapy and drug therapy on cognitive function in patients with symptomatic ICAS, so as to provide accurate diagnosis and treatment strategies for ICAS population.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.颅外颈部血管狭窄＞50%；
2.临床确诊的非粥样硬化病因相关的颅内动脉狭窄，如夹层、血管炎、烟雾病、栓塞、免疫系统疾病等；
3.临床确诊的其他卒中病因亚型，如脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血、心源性栓塞等；
4.临床确诊的神经系统变性疾病，如阿尔茨海默病、路易体痴呆、额颞叶变性、帕金森病等；
5.其他合并的可能会影响终点事件判断和随访的病史，如脑外伤史、多发性硬化、脑炎、肿瘤、中毒、梅毒以及严重心、肺、肝、肾、内分泌疾病病史；
6.拒绝签署知情同意书；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Extracranial cervical vessel stenosis > 50%;
2.Clinically confirmed intracranial artery stenosis related to non-atherosclerotic causes, such as dissection, vasculitis, moyamoya disease, embolism, immune system diseases, etc;
3.Other stroke etiological subtypes confirmed by clinical diagnosis, such as cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, cardiogenic embolism, etc;
4.Clinically confirmed neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia with Lewy bodies, frontotemporal lobar degeneration, Parkinson's disease, etc;
5.Other comorbidities that may affect the outcome and follow-up, such as traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, encephalitis, cancer, poisoning, syphilis, and serious heart, lung, liver, kidney, and endocrine diseases;
6.Informed consent was refused;
