研究目的：

获取2005年至2023年中国登革热流行病学特征，包括季节特征、人群分布和区域分布特征；获得2023年中国登革热疾病负担（发病率、住院率、重症率、并发症、住院时间、健康效用值和质量调整寿命天数（QALY））；探索性研究目标：探讨高危人群对登革热疫苗的接受程度及其影响因素，重点从公众知识、信仰和实践三个方面进行探讨。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To obtain the epidemiological characteristics of dengue fever in China from 2005 to 2023, including seasonal characteristics, population distribution and regional distribution characteristics. 2. To obtain the disease burden of dengue fever in China in 2023 (incidence rate, hospitalization rate, severe illness rate, complications, length of stay, health utility value and quality-adjusted life days (QALY)). 3. To explore the acceptability and the influencing factors of the high-risk groups towards the vaccine against dengue fever, focusing on public knowledge, belief and practice.

排除标准：

1.2005-2023年中国登革热流行病学特征分析：排除标准包括排除来自海外、香港、澳门和台湾的病例。 2.中国登革热的疾病负担研究：拒绝接受调查。 3.中国登革热高危人群接种疫苗知识、态度和行为调查：拒绝接受调查。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Analysis of the epidemiological characteristics of dengue fever in China from 2005 to 2023: Exclusion criteria include the exclusion of cases from overseas, Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan; 2. Study on the disease burden of dengue fever in China: Refused to accept the survey; 3. Survey on vaccination knowledge, attitude and behavior of high-risk groups of dengue fever in China: Refused to accept the survey.
