研究连续6周不同蛋白质补充联合抗阻训练对高水平篮球运动员身体成分、运动表现、及肠道菌群的影响,初步探讨酵母蛋白对运动员身体机能的改善与肠道微生物组成之间的可能关联。  

Objectives of Study:

Observe the effects of 6 weeks of different protein supplementation combined with resistance training on body composition, athletic performance, and gut microbiota in elite basketball players, with a preliminary exploration of the potential link between yeast protein and improvements in physical function and gut microbiota composition.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

采用国际体力活动问卷进行体力活动调查,保证整个试验周期研究对象均保持相同体力活动水平和训练安排。排除近三个月使用营养补充剂、食欲抑制剂、镇痛药或任何干扰新陈代谢类的物质。

Exclusion criteria:

Physical activity was assessed using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire, ensuring that participants maintained the same level of physical activity and training schedule throughout the study period. Individuals who had used nutritional supplements, appetite suppressants, pain relievers, or any substances that interfere with metabolism in the past three months were excluded.

补充方案:每位受试者每天服用40g蛋白粉(酵母蛋白-乳清蛋白复合蛋白粉),共服用6周。服用时间:训练日为训练后30分钟内,非训练日为睡前2小时。 运动方案:受试者进行每周2次力量训练课,力量训练主要为下肢力量训练,每次50分钟左右。两次力量训练间隔1-2天。两组训练方案一致。

Supplementation Protocol: Each participant will consume 40g of protein powder(Yeast Protein-Whey Protein) daily for 6 weeks. The timing of consumption: On training days, within 30 minutes post-training; on non-training days, 2 hours before bedtime. Exercise Protocol: Participants will engage in strength training sessions twice a week, focusing primarily on lower body strength. Each session lasts approximately 50 minutes, with a 1-2 day interval between sessions. Both groups will follow the same training protocol.
