研究目的：

采用偏币序贯法用istonic回归计算1～6岁患儿瑞马唑仑静脉注射减轻儿童术前焦虑的ED90  

Objectives of Study：

Using partial coin sequential method and istonic regression to calculate the ED90 of remimazolam intravenous injection for reducing preoperative anxiety in children aged 1~6 years old

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.近2周上呼吸道感染者； 2.贫血、营养不良、肝肾功能异常者； 3.严重心脏血管疾病；智力障碍者； 4.有神经精神系统疾病；有麻醉药物过敏史； 5.服用镇静催眠类药物史

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with upper respiratory tract infection in the past 2 weeks; 2. Anemia, malnutrition, abnormal liver and kidney function; 3.Severe cardiovascular disease; Persons with intellectual disabilities; 4.Have neuropsychiatric disorders; History of allergy to narcotic drugs; 5.History of taking sedative-hypnotic drugs

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据患者的原始记录将数据准确、完整地记录于病历表上，双人双机录入相关数据，随后和数据库进行两遍对比。电子数据分类保存，并且备份于多个记录介质中，妥善保存，防止丢失。

According to the original records of the patients, the researchers accurately and completely recorded the data on the medical record sheet, entered the relevant data in two computers, and then compared them with the database twice.
