研究目的:

全身麻醉期间吸入氧浓度的研究正朝着更加精细化和个体化的方向发展。研究者们正尝试根据不同的手术类型及患者自身的特点选择术中最佳 FiO₂,以期达到在正确的时间给予患者适当的氧气,更符合个体化的生理需求。同时,随着精准麻醉的发展, FiO₂ 的选择应逐渐趋于正常值,避免应用不必要的高 FiO₂。通过研究和分析,确定更适宜全身麻醉腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术患者术中的吸入氧浓度.  

Objectives of Study:

Research on inhalation oxygen concentration during general anesthesia is evolving towards a more refined and individualized direction. Investigators are attempting to select the optimal FiO₂ (fraction of inspired oxygen) during surgery based on the type of surgery and the individual characteristics of the patient. The goal is to provide the appropriate amount of oxygen to the patient at the right time, thereby better meeting individual physiological needs. Meanwhile, with the development of precision anesthesia, the selection of FiO₂ should gradually trend towards normal values to avoid the unnecessary use of high FiO₂. Through research and analysis, a more suitable inhalation oxygen concentration for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer under general anesthesia can be determined.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

已知对氧气或其他吸入麻醉药物过敏;机器通气时间<2小时;参与其他临床试验的患者;有恶性高热家族史、假性胆碱酯酶缺乏史和家族遗传疾病等病史;有严重心律失常,或有心脏瓣膜疾病且需手术治疗者。

Exclusion criteria:

Known allergy to oxygen or other inhaled narcotic drugs;Machine ventilation <2 hours; Patients participating in other clinical trials; A family history of malignant hyperthermia, pseudocholinesterase deficiency, and family genetic disorders; Have severe arrhythmia,or have heart valve disease requiring surgery.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

病例记录:手术日期;患者姓名、性别、身高、体重、年龄;术前主要诊断;手术名称。 电子采集和管理系统:术中血压、心率、心输出量;术中动、静脉血气,静脉乳酸,血糖,术前及术后第一天的血小板、中性粒细胞绝对值、淋巴细胞绝对值。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture:

Case Record:Date of Surgery; Patient's Name, Gender, Height, Weight, Age; Main Preoperative Diagnosis; Name of the Surgical Procedure.
