研究目的：

研究潜在风险基因对脑结构和脑功能的影响，以探讨在精神分裂症发病中可能存在的神经机制。探索多个风险基因的多个多态位点与精神分裂症影像学表型关系，为初步探索潜在风险基因的功能定位脑区，为研究精神分裂症的机制和诊断及用药提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

This study was designed to invest the effects of potential risk genes on brain structure and brain function and to explore possible neural mechanisms in schizophrenia.We explore multiple risk gene polymorphism loci related with schizophrenia radiographic phenotype, and then we can preliminary explore the potential risk for gene function of brain regions.Its possible to provide new proofs for diagnosis and medication of schizophrenia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

病例排除标准：①年龄<18周岁或者年龄＞55周岁；②器质性精神障碍及精神活性物质和非成瘾物质所致精神障碍；③尚未缓解的精神分裂症患者如严重自杀企图者或严重兴奋激越者，若又罹患前述两类疾病；④患有严重的不稳定躯体疾病，如肝、肾、心脏、血液或神经等器官系统严重疾病者；⑤近期有怀孕计划者、妊娠或乳期妇女；⑥有磁共振检查禁忌证，或者MRI检查发现脑结构异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1) had other psychiatric history including schizoaffective disorder, mood disorder, mental retardation, dementia;
2) had a history of alcohol or substance abuse;
3) had history of diabetes, thyroid disease, hypertension, cardiopathy;
4) presented with chronic neurological disorders;
5) had contraindications to MRI scanning.
