研究目的：

(1) 观察HZ急性期患者经治疗后疼痛的转归过程及生活质量变化。(2) 探索急性期炎症指标与HZ疼痛转归的关系。(3) 构建PHN的预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To observe the regression process of pain and changes in quality of life in patients with acute stage of HZ after treatment. (2) Explore the relationship between inflammatory indexes in the acute stage and the regression of pain in HZ. (3) To construct a prediction model of PHN.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a. 妊娠或哺乳期妇女；b. 严重肝肾功能不全；c. 免疫功能严重低下(如HIV感染、器官移植等)；d. 既往有慢性疼痛病史；e. 多节段受累的带状疱疹；f. 参与其他临床试验。

Exclusion criteria：

a. Pregnant or lactating women; b. Severe hepatic or renal insufficiency; c. Severe immunocompromise (e.g., HIV infection, organ transplantation, etc.); d. Prior history of chronic pain; e. Herpes zoster with multisegmental involvement; f. Participation in other clinical trials.
