研究目的：

1.主要目的 （1）建立包含5万例精神疾病人群的队列，涵盖流行病学、临床诊疗信息及影像学的数据库，并建立包括血液等生物资源的样本库。 （2）基于多组学检测技术，通过分析高通量数据、构建二级数据库和挖掘、整合生物信息学数据等技术手段，建立与精神疾病人群相关的核酸、蛋白质等生物分子相互作用的网络系统。通过研制机器学习新算法、新软件，开展药靶成药性和药物副作用的人工智能评价，构建候选靶标库，为药物设计提供可信的靶点，提高新药研发的总体效率。 2.次要目的：通过随访监测不同治疗方式临床疗效，构建临床疗效精准动态监测模型、疗效评估模型及疾病预后转归的预测模型，形成客观规范的随访评估体系。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Primary Objectives: (1) To establish a cohort of 50,000 cases of mental disorders, covering epidemiological data, clinical diagnosis and treatment information, as well as imaging data, and to build a biobank including biological resources such as blood samples. (2) Using multi-omics detection technologies, analyze high-throughput data, construct secondary databases, and mine and integrate bioinformatics data to establish a network of interactions between biological molecules such as nucleic acids and proteins related to mental disorders. By developing new machine learning algorithms and software, conduct artificial intelligence evaluations of drug target viability and side effects, and construct a candidate target library to provide reliable targets for drug design, thereby improving the overall efficiency of new drug development. 2.Secondary Objective: To monitor the clinical efficacy of different treatment methods through follow-up, and to construct precise dynamic monitoring models for clinical efficacy, efficacy evaluation models, and predictive models for disease prognosis and outcomes, forming an objective and standardized follow-up evaluation system.

患者组： （1）器质性精神障碍，或精神活性物质和非成瘾物质所致的疾病发作； （2）未提供有效知情同意；受试者和（或）其监护人知情后不同意参与本研究。 健康对照组： （1）既往存在心血管疾病、精神疾病者； （2）受试者或监护人知情后不同意参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

Patient Group (1) Patients with organic mental disorders, or disease episodes induced by psychoactive substances or non-addictive substances; (2) Failure to provide valid informed consent; the subject and/or their legal guardian refuse to participate after being informed. Healthy Control Group (1) Individuals with a history of cardiovascular diseases or psychiatric disorders; (2) The subject or their legal guardian refuse to participate after being informed.
