研究目的:

本研究旨在比较将颈肩复合运动与下颌运动结合与仅进行颈肩复合运动对前倾头姿(FHP)个体的头姿、口开度、咀嚼和颈部肌肉的机械特性、压力痛阈以及肌肉活动等多个参数的影响。  

Objectives of Study:

The aim of this study is to compare the effects of combining cervicoscapular complex exercises with jaw exercises versus performing cervicoscapular complex exercises alone on various parameters, including head posture, mouth opening range, mechanical properties of the mastication and cervical muscles, pressure pain threshold, and muscle activity, in individuals with forward head posture (FHP).

1.曾经历过或正在经历以下情况之一的个体: 2.外伤性颈部损伤史 3.炎症性关节疾病 4.脊柱感染 5.严重骨质疏松症 6.颈椎间盘突出 7.神经根阻塞

Exclusion criteria:

1. Individuals who have experienced or are experiencing one of the following: 2. History of traumatic neck injury 3. Inflammatory joint diseases 4. Spinal infections 5. Severe osteoporosis 6. Cervical disc herniation 7. Nerve root occlusion

实验组的干预包括颈肩复合运动和下颌运动。颈肩复合运动主要针对颈部、肩部和胸椎的功能改善,包含下巴内收练习、颈韧带拉伸、矢状面旋转(坐姿/四足姿势)、深颈部屈肌加强、颈部旋转、上斜方肌拉伸、胸锁乳突肌(SCM)拉伸、提肩胛肌拉伸、壁滑运动和胸椎扩展运动。此外,实验组还进行下颌运动,具体包括枕下肌拉伸、颊肌拉伸、二腹肌激活练习(如金鱼运动)、十字手指运动、舌骨下肌增强和舌骨上肌拉伸。实验组的每个动作保持30秒,重复5次,完成两轮训练,训练时长约30分钟。在颈肩复合运动方面,实验组的每组运动保持5秒,组间休息2分钟,每次训练约30分钟,持续4周。

Intervention:

The experimental group received cervicoscapular complex exercises and jaw exercises. The cervicoscapular complex exercises aimed to improve the function of the cervical, shoulder, and thoracic regions, including chin tuck exercises, nuchal ligament stretching, sagittal rotation (sitting/quadruped), deep cervical flexor strengthening, cervical rotation, upper trapezius stretching, sternocleidomastoid (SCM) stretching, levator scapulae stretching, wall sliding exercises, and thoracic extension exercises. In addition, the experimental group performed jaw exercises, including suboccipital muscle stretching, masseter stretching, digastric facilitation exercises (e.g., Goldfish exercise), cross-fingered exercises, infrahyoid muscle strengthening, and suprahyoid muscle stretching. Each exercise was held for 30 seconds, repeated 5 times, with two rounds of exercises lasting approximately 30 minutes. For the cervicoscapular complex exercises, each set was held for 5 seconds, with a 2-minute rest between sets. Each session lasted approximately 30 minutes and was conducted for 4 weeks.

The control group received only cervicoscapular complex exercises to improve the function of the cervical, shoulder, and thoracic regions. The cervicoscapular complex exercises included chin tuck exercises, nuchal ligament stretching, sagittal rotation (sitting/quadruped), deep cervical flexor strengthening, cervical rotation, upper trapezius stretching, sternocleidomastoid (SCM) stretching, levator scapulae stretching, wall sliding exercises, and thoracic extension exercises. Each exercise consisted of 3 sets of 10 repetitions, with a 10-second hold and a 2-minute rest between sets. Each session lasted 1 hour and was conducted for 4 weeks.
