研究目的：

以相同负荷自行车运动为参照，观察急性游泳运动对口腔菌群的影响，了解游泳运动对口腔菌群的应答规律。  

Objectives of Study：

Taking bicycle exercise with the same load as a reference, the effect of acute swimming exercise on oral flora was observed, and the response law of swimming exercise to oral flora was understood.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)近期有伤病发生,不适宜进行高强度运动; 2)在研究开始前三个月内使用抗生素； 3)有可能影响免疫反应或可能制约细菌定植的全身性疾病； 4)有进行牙齿护理，有正畸治疗； 5)在实验前72h及实验过程中服用影响口腔菌群的益生菌、益生元、发酵产品（酸奶或食品）、维生素、矿物质、草药提取物、膳食补充剂等。

Exclusion criteria：

1) There are injuries recently, so it is not suitable for high-intensity exercise; 2) Use antibiotics within three months before the start of the study; 3) Systemic diseases that may affect immune response or restrict bacterial colonization; 4) Have dental care and orthodontic treatment; 5) Take probiotics, prebiotics, fermented products (yogurt or food), vitamins, minerals, herbal extracts, dietary supplements, etc. that affect oral flora 72 hours before and during the experiment.
