研究目的：

1.主要研究目的 （1）指尖触觉功能减退程度与老年患者术后谵妄发生率存在相关性； （2）指尖触觉功能减退程度越高，老年患者术后谵妄发生率越高。 2.次要研究目的 观察分析指尖触觉功能与术后谵妄发生的相关程度，以期为老年手术患者减少术后不良反应提供新的预测指标。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main research objectives (1) There was a correlation between the degree of fingertip tactile dysfunction and the incidence of postoperative delirium in elderly patients; (2) The higher the degree of fingertip tactile dysfunction, the higher the incidence of postoperative delirium in elderly patients. 2. Secondary research objectives In order to provide a new predictor for the reduction of postoperative adverse reactions in elderly surgical patients, the correlation between fingertip tactile function and the occurrence of postoperative delirium was observed and analyzed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

非首次髋部骨折；车祸或多处骨折造成的外伤；心脏、肝脏、肾脏或肺部等重要器官有严重功能障碍的患者；有糖尿病史；有精神疾病史；有脑外伤史；有感觉功能障碍或肩周炎等疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Non-first hip fracture; trauma from a car accident or multiple fractures; patients with severe dysfunction of vital organs such as the heart, liver, kidneys, or lungs; history of diabetes mellitus; history of mental illness; history of traumatic brain injury; sensory dysfunction or periapical conditions.
