This study aims to evaluate the utility of right precordial and posterior leads and develop a novel, more accurate ECG algorithm for distinguishing between LVOT and RVOT origins of OT-VAs.

窦性节律下有束支阻滞
起搏节律

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with coronary artery disease, structural heart disease, pre-existing bundle branch block during sinus rhythm (SR), paced rhythm were excluded.
