研究目的：

评价超声引导下多模态肿瘤治疗系统在早期浸润性乳腺癌应用的安全性和有效性  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the ultrasound-guided multimodal tumor treatment system in the application of early-stage invasive breast cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.皮肤溃疡、炎性乳腺癌患者； 2.累及皮肤浅层的肿瘤； 3.KPS评分<70，或ECOG评分>2； 4.既往接受过放疗或使用过试验性药物或其他免疫抑制剂的患者； 5.心、脑、肺、肾等重要器官功能衰竭； 6.不可纠正的严重凝血障碍； 7.孕妇或哺乳期妇女； 8.血糖控制不佳的糖尿病患者； 9.肿瘤周围有异物植入（如注射隆胸或假体）的患者； 10.治疗区域皮肤有严重瘢痕（突出皮肤表面，宽度≥1厘米）的患者； 11.感染人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）、活动性乙型肝炎（乙型肝炎指表面抗原阳性且HBV DNA≥500 IU/ml）、丙型肝炎（丙型肝炎抗体阳性且HCV-RNA超过检测方法的下限）； 12.在研究者判断下，可能危及受试者安全、可能干扰研究结果、或影响受试者完成本研究的其他医学状况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with skin ulcers and inflammatory breast cancer; 2. Tumors involving the superficial layer of the skin; 3. KPS score < 70, or ECOG score >2; 4. Patients who have received radiotherapy or used investigational drugs or other immunosuppressants in the past; 5. Failure of vital organs such as heart, brain, lungs, and kidneys; 6. Severe uncorrectable coagulation disorder; 7. Pregnant or lactating women; 8. Diabetic patients with poor glycemic control; 9. Patients with foreign body implantation (such as injection of breast augmentation or prosthesis) around the tumor; 10. Patients with severe scarring of the skin in the treatment area (protruding from the skin surface, width ≥ 1 cm); 11. Infection with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), active hepatitis B (hepatitis B refers to surface antigen positive and HBV DNA ≥ 500 IU/ml), hepatitis C (hepatitis C antibody positive and HCV-RNA exceeds the lower limit of the detection method); 12. Other medical conditions that, in the judgment of the investigator, may endanger the safety of the subject, may interfere with the results of the study, or affect the subject's completion of this study.
