研究目的：

探讨布比卡因脂质体用于超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞对行胸腔镜手术的老年患者术后炎症因子水平及肺功能的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of liposomal bupivacaine on postoperative inflammatory factor levels and lung function in elderly patients undergoing thoracoscopic surgery under ultrasound guidance erector spinae plane block.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有胸部手术史； 2.既往慢阻肺病史，肺功能检查 FEV/FVC < 70%； 3.体重指数（BMI）>37kg； 4.术前接受过放、化疗； 5.凝血功能异常者； 6.精神疾病不能配合的患者； 7.穿刺点皮肤有感染的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Previous history of thoracic surgery; 2.Previous history of COPD, pulmonary function tests FEV/FVC < 70%, 3.Body mass index (BMI) >37kg; 4.Received radiotherapy and chemotherapy before surgery; 5.Patients with abnormal coagulation function; 6.Patients with psychiatric disorders who are unable to cooperate; 7.Patients with an infection of the skin at the puncture site.
