本研究通过观察2型糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白定量／肌酐水平与骨密度及骨代谢指标相关性，来评估早期2型糖尿病肾病患者骨质疏松的相关危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, we observed the correlation between urine microalbumin quantitative / creatinine level and bone mineral density and bone metabolism index in type 2 diabetic patients, and evaluated the related risk factors of osteoporosis in patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

终末期慢性肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤、卒中、心血管疾病、血脂异常、激素相关的内分泌疾病患者

Exclusion criteria：

End-stage chronic renal insufficiency, malignant tumor, stroke, cardiovascular disease, dyslipidemia, hormone related endocrine disease patients
