研究目的：

1.主要研究目的：基于标准化的龙氏量表对失能等级评定建立一套科学合理的照料需求评估体系，规范照料服务内容； 2.通过日常生活能力分级与照料内容评估，使被照料人群的能力与照料内容得以量化，为不同失能等级的人群提供针对性的服务，使得照料资源得到最优配置； 3.为养老、医疗机构建立分级照料体系、合理配置人力资源、为政府建立和完善照料服务补贴制度提供科学的依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main research purpose: to establish a scientific and reasonable care needs assessment system for disability level assessment based on the standardized Long's scale, and to standardize the content of care services; 2. Through the grading of daily living ability and the evaluation of care content, the ability and care content of the people under care can be quantified, and targeted services can be provided for people with different levels of disability, so that care resources can be optimally allocated; 3. Provide a scientific basis for the establishment of a hierarchical care system for elderly care and medical institutions, rational allocation of human resources, and the establishment and improvement of the subsidy system for care services by the government.

有脑部肿瘤、3个月内诊断为活动性癫痫者;其他情况下不能配合研究人员完成调查者

Exclusion criteria：

Individuals with brain tumors, those diagnosed with active epilepsy within the past three months, or those unable to cooperate with researchers to complete the survey under other circumstances.
