研究目的：

本项目拟在已知危险因素的基础上，对PCAD患者行代谢组学和微生物组学分析及多模态影像技术检查，发掘新的有利于PCAD危险分层的预测因子，找到多模态影像技术中适合的指标。本研究拟在前期工作基础上，实现以下研究目标： 1、探索PCAD患者的临床表型、影像学特征及代谢标志物之间的关联性，找到属于中国人群的非侵入性筛查指标。 2、在传统危险因素基础之上，构建基于蛋白组学-代谢组学-微生物组学-多模态医学影像学的PCAD风险分层智能化预测模型。 3、发现新的预警标志物，构建区域性PCAD疾病特征模型。

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to conduct metabolomics and microbiome analysis, as well as multi-modal imaging technology examination, on PCAD patients based on known risk factors, in order to discover new predictive factors that are beneficial for PCAD risk stratification and find suitable indicators in multimodal imaging technology. This study aims to achieve the following research objectives based on previous work: 1. To explore the correlation between the clinical phenotype, imaging characteristics and metabolic markers of PCAD patients, and find the non-invasive screening indicators belonging to the Chinese population. 2. On the basis of traditional risk factors, a PCAD risk stratification intelligent prediction model based on proteomics metabolomics microbiology multimodal medical imaging is constructed. 3. Discovering new warning biomarkers and construct a regional PCAD disease feature model.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往进行过心脏搭桥术或者其他心脏外科手术； 2.持续室性心律失常、心肌梗死或明确诊断的冠心病； 3.CCTA或CAG禁忌症包括造影剂过敏等； 4.严重的心、肺、肝、肾功能不全，或恶性肿瘤； 5.妊娠。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Previous cardiac bypass surgery or other cardiac surgery; 2. Sustained ventricular arrhythmia, myocardial infarction or clearly diagnosed coronary heart disease; 3. Contraindications to CCTA or CAG, including contrast agent allergy, etc.; 4. Severe cardiac, lung, liver, kidney insufficiency, or malignant tumors; 5. Pregnancy.
