本项目拟从认知障碍与运动干预的角度出发,重点围绕精细运动-认知协同干预的新模式开展研究,旨在完成以下研究目标: 1.探究精细运动-认知协同干预模式对老年认知障碍患者认知功能与精细运动功能的影响,为新型认知-精细运动协同干预产品的研发提供理论依据; 2.依托前期已研发的VR环境下精细运动-认知交互式协同干预系统,探究此新型数字化干预模式在老年认知障碍人群中应用的临床有效性与安全性,为进一步的成果推广奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study:

This project aims to conduct research on a new model of fine motor cognitive collaborative intervention from the perspective of cognitive impairment and motor intervention, with a focus on achieving the following research objectives: 1.Exploring the impact of the fine motor cognitive collaborative intervention model on the cognitive and fine motor functions of elderly patients with cognitive impairment, providing theoretical basis for the development of new cognitive fine motor collaborative intervention products; 2.Based on the previously developed VR environment for fine motor cognitive interactive collaborative intervention system, this study aims to explore the clinical effectiveness and safety of this new digital intervention model in the elderly population with cognitive impairment, laying the foundation for further promotion of the results.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.已确诊为血管性痴呆、路易体痴呆者; 2.既往脑血管病遗留上肢肢体活动障碍者; 3.确诊为帕金森病及帕金森综合征者; 4.患有骨关节病影响运动功能者; 5.12个月内发生骨折者; 6.视听力极度受限影响正常交流者; 7.诊断为重度痴呆者; 8.患有重症疾病或预计生存期<1年或功能状态不稳定者; 9.近期接受过其他认知康复干预者; 10.正在参与其他临床研究。

Exclusion criteria:

1.Diagnosed with vascular dementia and Lewy body dementia; 2.Individuals with residual upper limb movement disorders due to previous cerebrovascular disease; 3.Diagnosed with Parkinson's disease and Parkinson's syndrome; 4.Individuals with osteoarthritis that affects their motor function; 5.Those who have suffered fractures within 12 months; 6.Extremely limited visual and auditory abilities affecting normal communication; 7.Diagnosed with severe dementia; 8.Patients with severe illnesses or expected survival of less than 1 year or unstable functional status; 9. Recently received other cognitive rehabilitation interventions; 10.I am currently participating in other clinical studies.

新型精细运动-认知协同训练组在工作人员的协助下穿戴便携式VR头戴设备和惯性运动传感手套并进行调试,在VR环境下进行精细运动-认知能力的协同干预训练,分别是“集福袋”、“敲编钟”、“绘星宿”、“点灯笼”、“搭积木”共5项VR干预训练任务,每项任务中分别下设不同干预难度,每周训练2次,每次约60分钟,训练期间将根据受试者的训练情况适时调整干预任务难度,干预时长3个月。

The new type of fine motor cognitive collaborative training group, with the assistance of staff, wears portable VR headsets and inertial motion sensing gloves and conducts debugging to conduct collaborative intervention training on fine motor cognitive abilities in a VR environment. There are five VR intervention training tasks, including "collecting blessings", "ringing the bell", "drawing stars", "lighting lanterns", and "building blocks", each with different intervention difficulty levels. The training is conducted twice a week for about 60 minutes each time. During the training period, the difficulty of the intervention tasks will be adjusted according to the training situation of the subjects, and the intervention duration will be 3 months.
