研究目的：

1.揭示经宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术 LNG-IUS 放置时机对患者满意度的影响。 2.揭示经宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术 LNG-IUS 放置时机对子宫内膜息肉疗效的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To investigate the impact of LNG-IUS placement timing after hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection on patient satisfaction. 2.To investigate the impact of LNG-IUS placement timing after hysteroscopic endometrial polyp resection on the efficacy of endometrial polyps.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 妊娠期或哺乳期、绝经期 2. 一年内有妊娠计划 3.生化检查未见异常,无急性生殖道 感染或其他经阴道手术禁忌证 4.合并子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜异位症、多囊卵巢综合征等妇科良恶性疾病 5.子宫过大，畸形等 6.合并严重肝、肾、心等器官功能 不全 7.治疗相关药物过敏或手术禁忌 8.当前或计划使用激素类药物

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy or lactation, menopause 2. Have a pregnancy plan within one year 3. There was no abnormality in biochemical examination, and there was no acute genital tract infection or other contraindications to transvaginal surgery 4. Combined with uterine fibroids, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome and other gynecological benign and malignant diseases 5. Uterus is too large, malformed, etc 6. Combined with severe liver, kidney, heart and other organ insufficiency 7. Treatment of related drug allergies or surgical contraindications 8. Current or planned use of hormonal medications
