研究目的：

评估初诊可疑的前列腺癌患者基于PSMA-PET/MR影像诊断的免穿刺前列腺癌 根治术在诊断效能上是否能够替代病理穿刺诊断。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to initially verify the role of PSMA-PET/MR in screening out significant prostate cancer (sPC) and preliminarily explore the feasibility of PET/MR guided biopsy-free prostatectomy (RP) . The study also tries to develop a PET/MR-based operating protocol with extremely high specificity and true positive rate for the future validation with a large sample.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者各种因素无法接受外科手术、或者存在手术禁忌症者。 2. 转移性前列腺癌患者。 3. 患者存在造影剂过敏等无法接受PSMAPET/MR检查者. 4. 患者无意愿接受免穿刺前列腺癌根治术者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who are unable to undergo surgery due to various factors or have contraindications to surgery. 2. Patients with metastatic prostate cancer. 3. Patients who are allergic to contrast media and cannot undergo PSMAPET/MR examination. 4. Patients who are unwilling to undergo paracentesis-free radical prostatectomy.
