研究目的：

探讨罗哌卡因用于小儿腔镜下疝囊高位结扎术腹横肌平面阻滞(Transversus Abdominis Plane Block，TAPB)的最低有效浓度，为小儿行TAPB时罗哌卡因浓度的选择提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the minimum effective concentration of ropivacaine for pediatric laparoscopic high hernia sac ligation Transversus Abdominis Plane Block (TAPB), and to provide a basis for the selection of ropivacaine concentration when performing TAPB in pediatric patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并严重心、肾，肝、肺部疾病的患儿；
2）依从性较差，不配合本次研究的患儿及其家属；
2.（3）存在精神及认知障碍的患儿；
3.（4）凝血功能异常的患儿；
4.（5）对麻醉剂过敏患儿；
5.（6）出现咳嗽、发热、过敏等症状的患儿；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children with comorbid severe cardiac and renal, hepatic, and pulmonary diseases; 2. Children and their families with poor compliance and non-cooperation with this study; 3. Children with psychiatric and cognitive disorders; 4. Children with coagulation dysfunction; 5. Children with allergies to anesthetics; 6. Children exhibiting symptoms such as cough, fever, or allergies;
