研究目的：

此研究旨在探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术后“意外”发现胆囊癌再行胆囊癌根治性切除术的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the clinical effect of radical cholecystectomy after laparoscopic cholecystectomy for "accidental" discovery of gallbladder cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）肿瘤侵犯多个周围组织器官或伴有多发淋巴结转移（N2）、远处转移（M1）且无法根治性切除。 （2）行姑息性、探查性手术，或R2切除。 （3）合并其他器官的恶性肿瘤。 （4）临床或随访数据缺失。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) The tumor invaded multiple surrounding tissues and organs or was accompanied by multiple lymph node metastases (N2) and distant metastases (M1) and could not be radically resected. (2) Palliative, exploratory surgery, or R2 excision. (3) Malignant tumors associated with other organs. (4) Lack of clinical or follow-up data.
