研究目的：

探究术前贫血类型对非心脏手术围术期相关心肌损伤，及时筛查手术患者的术前贫血情况，提高围术期血液管理质量，减少相关临床用血，提高患者围术期安全性，为患者创造更好应对手术的条件并为改善临床转归提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the impact of preoperative anemia on the function of important organs related to non-cardiac surgery in the perioperative period, timely screening of preoperative anemia in surgical patients, improve the quality of perioperative blood management, reduce related clinical blood use, improve the perioperative safety of patients, create better conditions for patients to cope with surgery, and provide reference for improving clinical outcomes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1，妊娠状态 2，长期生活在海拔>2500 米以上地区，或近期居住在 2500 米以上地区超过 3 个月 3，患有除贫血外的血液系统疾病 4，存在可能干扰结局指标的严重合并症，如尿毒症、精神神经疾病 5，不能合作或无法理解本研究的条件和目标、拒绝签署知情同意者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy status 2. Long-term living in an area above > 2500 meters above sea level, or recently living in an area above 2500 meters for more than 3 months 3. Suffering from hematologic diseases other than anemia 4. Presence of severe comorbidities that may interfere with outcome measures, such as uremia and psychiatric neurological diseases 5. Those who are unable to cooperate or understand the conditions and objectives of this study, and refuse to sign informed consent
