研究目的：

建立PND预测模型： 利用围手术期不同时间段的头皮脑电参数和神经认知功能变化，建立可靠的PND预测模型，实现患者术后认知功能状态的早期识别。 寻找实用的PND判断指标： 通过对头皮脑电数据的细致分析，确定在不同手术阶段具有高预测价值的脑电参数，为实际临床应用提供可操作的PND判断指标。 揭示PND的神经电生理机制： 运用定量脑电图网络分析方法，深入研究PND发生的神经电生理机制，为认知功能障碍的发生过程提供新的解释角度。  

Objectives of Study：

Establishment of PND prediction model: Using the changes of scalp electroencephalogram (EEG) parameters and neurocognitive function at different periods during the perioperative period, a reliable PND prediction model was established to realize the early identification of postoperative cognitive function status of patients. To find practical PND judgment indicators: Through the detailed analysis of scalp electroencephalogram (EEG) data, to determine the EEG parameters with high predictive value in different surgical stages, and to provide operational PND judgment indicators for practical clinical application. To reveal the neuroelectrophysiological mechanism of PND: Quantitative electroencephalogram network analysis was used to further study the neuroelectrophysiological mechanism of PND, and to provide a new explanation for the occurrence of cognitive dysfunction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者预计寿命不会超过3个月。 2.术前画钟试验（clock drawing test，CDT）评分<3。 3.痴呆症、精神疾病或任何中枢神经系统疾病的病史。 4.酗酒和吸毒成瘾。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient is not expected to live longer than 3 months. 2. Preoperative clock drawing test (CDT) score <3. 3. History of dementia, mental illness, or any central nervous system disease. 4. Alcoholism and drug addiction.
