研究目的：

强直性脊柱炎（AS）是一种慢性炎症性自身免疫性疾病，其致残率高。各类治疗指南推荐中，非药物治疗具有重要作用。研究表明，运动疗法是AS 患者重要的非药物干预手段。太极拳是我国传统养生锻炼功法，其运动 以腰脊为核心，能外练筋骨、内养心神、行气活血、通畅经络。为此，本研究主要目的探讨太极拳在强直性脊柱炎治疗中的作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease with a high rate of disability. Non-pharmacologic treatments play an important role in various treatment guideline recommendations. Studies have shown that exercise therapy is an important non-pharmacological intervention for AS patients. Taijiquan is a traditional health exercise method in China, which is centered on the waist and spine, and is able to train the muscles and bones externally, nourish the mind and spirit internally, activate the blood and vitalize the qi, and smooth the meridians and collaterals. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the role of taijiquan in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）脊柱完全强直者； （2）筛选时有其他全身性炎性疾病（包括但不限于系统性红斑狼疮、血管炎、类风湿性关节炎等），或其它经研究者判定可能干扰治疗有效性评价的疾病。 （3）筛选时患有其他活动性炎性疾病（包括但不限于活动性克罗恩病、活动性14溃疡性结肠炎或其他活动性炎症性肠病）。 （4）筛选前12周内有心肌梗死、中度至重度充血性心力衰竭（纽约心脏病协会 III或 IV级）、新发的缺血性心脏病、经皮冠状动脉腔内血管成形术、冠状动脉 搭桥术、脑梗塞、脑出血、蛛网膜下腔出血或短暂脑缺血发作等心脑血管疾病， 或筛选时研究者认为参与本研究会使患者置于不可接受的风险中或对试验结果产生较大干扰的重大未控制的心脑血管事件。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with complete ankylosis of the spine; (2) Other systemic inflammatory disease (including, but not limited to, systemic lupus erythematosus, vasculitis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.) at the time of screening, or other disease that, in the judgment of the investigator, may interfere with evaluation of the effectiveness of treatment. (3) Other active inflammatory disease (including but not limited to active Crohn's disease, active ulcerative colitis, or other active inflammatory bowel disease) at the time of screening. (4) Myocardial infarction, moderate to severe congestive heart failure (New York Heart Association Class III or IV), new ischemic heart disease, percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty, coronary artery bypass grafting, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, or transient ischemic attack within the 12 weeks prior to Screening, or if, at the time of Screening, in the opinion of the Investigator, participation in the Study would place the patient at an unacceptable risk or would pose an adverse effect on the outcome of the Study. Significant uncontrolled cardiovascular events that, in the opinion of the investigator at the time of screening, would place the patient at unacceptable risk or significantly interfere with the outcome of the trial.
