研究目的：

结直肠粘液腺癌在临床中较为少见，目前很少有文献报道其临床病理特征及预后情况。此研究通过收集全国23个中心结直肠黏液腺癌患者资料，统计患者的临床病理信息，并对患者进行随访。旨在明确结直肠黏液腺癌患者的临床病理特征及预后情况，为临床预后评估及精准随访措施的制定提供证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Mucous colorectal adenocarcinoma is rare in clinical practice, and its clinicopathological features and prognosis are rarely reported in the literature. This study collected the data of 23 patients with central colorectal mucinous adenocarcinoma in China, counted the clinicopathological information of the patients, and followed up the patients. Objective To clarify the clinicopathological features and prognosis of patients with colorectal mucinous adenocarcinoma, and to provide evidence for clinical prognosis assessment and accurate follow-up measures

排除标准：

1.病例资料缺失； 2.合并其他恶性肿瘤患者； 3.研究者认为不适合参加本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Absence of case data; 2.Patients with other malignant tumors; 3.Patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this study.
