研究目的：

探索OSAHS患儿在扁桃体或腺样体切除术后谵妄、行为改变的相关影响因素，研究术前血清NFL、HMGB-1和NLR表达水平对扁桃体/腺样体手术患儿术后行为改变以及谵妄的预测价值，为临床提供术后行为变化早期筛查及干预依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the influencing factors related to postoperative delirium and behavioral changes in children with Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome (OSAHS) undergoing tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy, and to investigate the predictive value of preoperative serum levels of NfL, HMGB-1, and NLR for postoperative behavioral changes and delirium. The study aims to provide an early screening and intervention basis for postoperative behavioral changes in clinical practice.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)有神经系统疾病史、精神疾病史，存在其他严重的神经、心理或发育障碍 (2)预计存在困难气道 (3)合并呼吸系统疾病 (4)有早产史的儿童 (5)近三个月内进行过头颈部或其他可能影响呼吸道的手术

Exclusion criteria：

(1)History of neurological or psychiatric disorders, or significant neurological, psychological, or developmental impairments. (2)Anticipation of difficult airway management. (3)Presence of respiratory diseases. (4)History of preterm birth. (5)Head, neck, or other surgeries potentially affecting the airway within the past three months.
