研究目的：

筛选能区分中国人群肺部良恶性肿瘤的甲基化特异性标记物；基于甲基化特异性标记物和多维度临床参数，在临床回顾性样本中构建一种敏感性、特异性高的肺癌早筛模型，完成该肺癌早筛模型的临床性能验证。  

Objectives of Study：

To screen methylation-specific markers that can distinguish benign and malignant lung tumors in the Chinese population, to construct a sensitive and specific lung cancer early screening model based on methylation-specific markers and multidimensional clinical parameters, and to complete the clinical performance validation of this lung cancer early screening model.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

同时患有其他恶性肿瘤者，既往接受过手术、放疗、化疗等抗肿瘤治疗者，严重的慢性肝肾疾病，严重的自身免疫性疾病，研究人员认为不符合要求者

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with other malignant tumors at the same time, who have received anti-tumor treatment such as surgery,radiotherapy, chemotherapy and so on treatment, severe chronic liver and kidney disease, severe autoimmune disease, the investigators believe that do not meet the requirements he who.
