阐明PIBD中4.1R蛋白与巨噬细胞活性的变化及二者对于PIBD发生发展的调控作用。  

Objectives of Study：

Elucidate the changes in 4.1R protein and macrophage activity in PIBD, as well as their regulatory roles in the occurrence and development of PIBD.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.PUC、PCD排除标准：（1）合并感染性疾病或自身免疫性疾病者；（2）近1个月内有使用抗生素、糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂者史者。
2.对照组排除标准：（1）经相关辅助检查或症状、查体证明有感染或有临床相关器质性病变者及肠道外疾病引起的腹痛；（2）合并有其他急慢性疾病；（3）因观察资料不全而影响疗效和安全性判断。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Exclusion criteria for PUC and PCD: (1) those with infectious diseases or autoimmune disease; (2) Individuals with a history of using antibiotics, glucocorticoids, and immunosuppressants within the past month.
2.Exclusion criteria for the control group: (1) Abdominal pain caused by infection or clinically relevant organic lesions, as evidenced by relevant auxiliary examinations or symptoms, physical examination, and extraintestinal diseases; (2) Merge with other acute and chronic diseases; (3) Due to incomplete observation data, it affects the efficacy and safety assessment.

取得对照组和实验组患儿外周血，离心管中室温静置1小时以上（或37℃水浴1小时，4℃冰箱静置2小时或者过夜），放入离心机以3000rpm/分，离心10分钟，上层即为血清，小心抽取上层血清，做好标记后-80℃冰箱保存。通过ELISA方法检测对照组与PIBD患儿外周血血清中与巨噬细胞极化相关的细胞因子水平。

Obtain peripheral blood from the control group and experimental group of children, and let it stand at room temperature for more than 1 hour (or 1 hour in a 37 ℃ water bath, 2 hours in a 4 ℃ refrigerator, or overnight) in a centrifuge tube. Place it in a centrifuge at 3000 rpm/min and centrifuge for 10 minutes. The upper layer is the serum. Carefully extract the upper layer of serum, label it, and store it in a -80 ℃ refrigerator.
