研究目的：

目前国内外仍缺乏有关胎儿炎症反应综合征（FIRS）与早产儿脑损伤的相关性分析的研究，本研究着重探讨脐血IL-6、FIRS与早产儿脑损伤的相关性。利用胎龄、出生体重、IL-6等相关指标，完善Nomogram（列阵图），进而预测早产儿脑损伤发生风险，发现能够预测或诊断早产儿脑损伤的新生标志物，期望有助于提高临床医生对早产儿脑损伤诊治的认知。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, there is still a lack of research on the correlation analysis between fetal inflammatory response syndrome (FIRS) and premature infant brain injury both domestically and internationally. This study focuses on exploring the correlation between umbilical cord blood IL-6, FIRS, and premature infant brain injury. By utilizing relevant indicators such as gestational age, birth weight, IL-6, etc., we aim to improve the Nomogram (array chart) to predict the risk of brain injury in premature infants and discover novel biomarkers that can predict or diagnose brain injury in premature infants. We hope this will help improve clinical doctors' understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of premature infant brain injury.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）严重先天性畸形; （2）基本信息或临床资料不完整; （3）合并遗传代谢及染色体疾病; （4）胎龄＞＝32周的早产儿; （5）出生体重＞1500g或< 500g的新生儿; （6）肝肾功能损伤者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Severe congenital malformations; (2) The basic information or clinical data are incomplete; (3) Combined with hereditary, metabolic and chromosomal diseases; (4) preterm infants with gestational age >=32 weeks; (5) Newborns with a birth weight of > 1500g or < 500g; (6) Patients with liver and kidney function impairment.
