研究目的：

本研究目的在于研究重复经颅磁刺激对脑卒中患者下肢运动功能障碍的影响，并且探讨不同频率对脑卒中患者下肢运动功能障碍的影响，为康复治疗提供更多的循证依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on motor function of lower limbs in patients after stroke and to explore the effects of different frequencies on motor dysfunction in stroke patients and to provide more evidence-based evidence for rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①戴有心脏起搏器、颅内有金属植入物，或有颅骨缺损者；②严重的认知或交流障碍或无法表达感受者；③有癫痫病史；④妊娠，或合并心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能障碍或其他严重躯体疾病；⑤患侧下肢注射肉毒毒素者；⑥拒绝签署知情同意书、不能进行训练及不能配合评估者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Wear a pacemaker; intracranial metal implants, or who have skull defects;
2. Serious cognitive or communication problems or can not express the feelings;
3. History of epilepsy;
4. Pregnancy;or merged Heart, Lung, Liver, Kidney and other important organs dysfunction or other serious physical diseases;
5. Ipsilateral lower extremity injection of botulinum toxin;
6. Refused to sign the informed consent, could not carry out training or cooperate with assessments.
