研究目的：

分别于北京、西宁和玉树地区开展rScO2和认知功能调查，明确中高海拔地区rScO2的参考范围，探索不同海拔高度对简易精神状态量表（MMSE）和蒙特利尔认知功能评估量表（MoCA）的影响，探讨rScO2与认知功能的关系，明确高海拔地区发生认知功能障碍的rScO2阈值，建立高海拔地区认知功能障碍预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

Conduct rScO2 and cognitive function surveys in Beijing, Xining, and Yushu areas respectively, clarify the reference range of rScO2 in mid to high altitude areas, explore the effects of different altitudes on MMSE and MoCA, investigate the relationship betweenrScO2 and cognitive function, clarify the rScO2 threshold for cognitive dysfunction in high-altitude areas, and establish a prediction model for cognitive dysfunction in high-altitude areas.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1） 合并确诊的脑卒中等神经系统疾病； （2）手术时间超过两小时的重大麻醉手术史； （3）合并确诊的高红症，肺动脉高压，心衰和COPD等高原疾病； （4）既往痴呆症或认知功能障碍者。 （5）另外还有1）正参加其它临床试验的患者；2）研究人员认为其他原因不适合临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined diagnosis of neurological disorders such as stroke; (2) History of major anesthesia surgeries lasting more than two hours; (3) Combined diagnosis of high altitude diseases such as hypererythema, pulmonary arterial hypertension, heart failure, and COPD; (4) Individuals with previous dementia or cognitive impairment. (5)In addition, there are 1) patients who are currently participating in other clinical trials; 2) Researchers believe that other reasons are not suitable for clinical trial participants.
