研究目的：

本项目的总体目标是为超重和肥胖防治策略、特别是体重全程管理的膳食营养方案完善提供理论依据。本项目的预期目标是结合国内外研究进展及前期工作基础，探索并证明以肠胆轴调控为靶点的n-3 PUFA强化对CRD干预停止后的体重反弹具有显著的干预效应。  

Objectives of Study：

The overall goal of this project is to provide a rationale for the improvement of overweight and obesity prevention and treatment strategies, especially the dietary nutrition program for weight management. The expected goal of this project is to explore and prove that n-3 PUFA enhancement targeting the regulation of the enterobiliary axis has a significant intervention effect on weight regain after the cessation of CRD intervention based on the research progress and previous work at home and abroad.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①患有严重的心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、肝肾疾病、胃肠道疾病、内分泌系统疾病、感染性疾病或是精神疾病； ②近1个月内连续服用抗生素； ③对干预胶囊过敏或是依从性较差； ④由于其它原因不能继续完成干预研究或影响研究结果。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffering from severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, liver and kidney diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, endocrine system diseases, infectious diseases or mental diseases; (2) Continuous antibiotics in the past 1 month; (3) allergy to the intervention capsule or poor compliance; (4) Inability to continue to complete the intervention study or affect the results of the study due to other reasons.

由统计分析人员使用R软件生成并保存随机序列。按照性别和体重降低百分比分层，区组随机化将受试者按1：1比例分成两组。

Statistical analysts generated and preserved the random allocation sequence using R software. Through block randomization stratified by gender and weight reduction percentage, participants were allocated into two groups in a 1:1 ratio.

盲法：

采用三级盲法，受试者、干预物派发者（项目组成员）、随访监测者、检验检测者、统计分析人员均不知分组信息。Omega-3鱼油胶囊与玉米油安慰剂胶囊的外观、尺寸、包装盒、标签完全一致，且两种胶囊的颜色、气味、口感尽可能一致。

Blinding：

The study employed a triple-blind design where participants, intervention allocators (project team members), follow-up monitors, laboratory technicians, and statistical analysts remained blinded to group assignments. The omega-3 fish oil capsules and corn oil placebo capsules were identical in appearance, size, packaging boxes, and labels, with their color, odor, and taste maintained as similar as possible.
