研究目的：

本研究的主要目的是通过在伤后施行不同手术，对术后眼球形态、患者满意度等进行比较，评价其临床医疗的疗效及和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of clinical treatment by comparing postoperative ocular morphology and patient satisfaction with different operations after injury.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

A组—折叠式人工玻璃体球囊组：
1.已知对硅胶过敏者，瘢痕体质患者；
2.眼内炎；
3.葡萄膜炎；
4.手术眼晶状体透明；
5.增殖性糖尿病视网膜疾病；
6.对侧眼矫正视力≤0.4；
7.对侧眼有内眼手术史；
8.无法控制的其他眼科伴随疾病；
9.严重的肾肝损害和/或严重的全身性疾病(如心血管疾病、呼吸系统、消化系统、神经系统、内分泌系统、泌尿生殖系统疾病等等)；
10.已经妊娠、准备妊娠或者正在授乳的女性；
11.有药物滥用史或酗酒史；
12.拒绝参与研究，不能履行研究安排。
B组—眼内容物物剜出伴义眼座植入组：
拒绝参与研究，不能履行研究安排。

Exclusion criteria：

Group A - foldable capsular vitreous body balloon group:
1. Known allergic to silica gel, patients with scar constitution;
2. Endophthalmitis;
3. Uveitis;
4. The intraocular lens is transparent;
5. Proliferative diabetic retinopathy;
6. Corrected visual acuity of the contralateral eye is less than or equal to 0.4;
7. A history of endoscopic surgery in the contralateral eye;
8. Other eye diseases that cannot be controlled;
9. Severe renal and liver damage and/or severe systemic diseases (such as cardiovascular disease, respiratory system, digestive system, nervous system, endocrine system, urogenital system disease, etc.);
10. Women who have been pregnant, are preparing for pregnancy or are lactating;
11. A history of drug abuse or alcoholism;
12. Refusal to participate in the study and failure to implement the study arrangements.
Group B - implantation group in which the contents of the eye are extracted and the prosthesis is inserted:
Refuse to participate in the study and cannot fulfill the research arrangement;
Patients are infants or other conditions that cannot be combined with eye pressure.
