研究目的：

探索术后认知功能障碍患者肠道菌群失调与Th17/Treg 细胞失衡之间的关系，分析调节肠道菌群和Th17/Treg细胞平衡的变化对POCD的影响，阐明通过调节肠道菌群，进而提高机体免疫功能防治术后认知功能障碍的机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between intestinal flora imbalance and Th17/Treg cell imbalance in patients with postoperative cognitive dysfunction, analyze the effect of regulating intestinal flora and Th17/Treg cell balance on POCD, and clarify the mechanism of improving immune function by regulating intestinal flora to prevent and treat postoperative cognitive dysfunction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有影响认知功能评估的疾病或无法配合认知功能评估的患者。 2.有炎症性肠病、肠易激病史的患者。 3.入院前3个月内使用过抗生素、益生菌、接受过其他消化道手术史的患者。 4.有严重心脑血管疾病史、肝肾功能不全的患者。 5.试验过程中发生严重不良反应或其他并发症者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with diseases affecting cognitive function assessment or unable to cooperate with cognitive function assessment. 2. Patients with a history of inflammatory bowel disease and irritable bowel. 3. Patients who had used antibiotics, probiotics, or received other gastrointestinal surgery within 3 months before admission. 4. Patients with a history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and hepatic and renal insufficiency. 5. Serious adverse reactions or other complications occurred during the trial.
