研究目的：

本研究旨在评估预付费干预策略相比免费发放HPV自采样，在提高中国女性HPV自检结果反馈率方面的有效性。具体假设如下： 1、 预付费干预组的HPV自检结果反馈率将显著高于免费发放HPV自采样的对照组。 2、预付费干预组中HPV阳性率和后续诊疗依从性将优于对照组。 3、参与预付费干预的女性满意度将较高。 4、预付费干预对提高HPV自检结果反馈率的效果可能会因参与者的年龄、教育程度和收入水平而有所不同。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to assess the effectiveness of a prepaid intervention strategy in increasing the response rate of HPV self-test results among women in China compared with free HPV self-sampling. The specific assumptions are as follows: 1.The feedback rate of HPV self-test results in the prepaid intervention group will be significantly higher than that in the control group with free HPV self-sampling. 2. HPV positive rate and follow-up compliance in prepaid intervention group will be better than that in control group. 3. Satisfaction among women participating in prepaid interventions will be higher. 4 The effect of prepaid interventions on improving the rate of HPV self-test results feedback may vary depending on the age, education, and income level of participants.

排除标准：

1、既往有宫颈癌或宫颈上皮内瘤变病史的女性。 2、孕妇。 3、参与其他与HPV相关的临床研究的女性

Exclusion criteria：

1. Women with a history of cervical cancer or cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. 2. Pregnant women. 3. Women participating in other clinical studies related to HPV.

采用预付费HPV自采样的方式，要求参与者在收到检测套件前支付20元人民币作为经济激励，以促进他们完成自检并反馈结果。完成自检并反馈后，参与者将获得全额退款，增强其心理承诺。支付方式多样，包括现金、银行转账和第三方支付平台，以降低支付障碍。参与者将试剂盒送至当地妇幼保健中心，由其统一邮寄至内蒙古自治区妇幼保健医院遗传优生办公室，并可通过专线电话及时反馈结果。对于HPV检测阳性的参与者，我们将提供包括医生咨询和检查预约在内的免费后续诊疗服务，并持续跟踪其诊疗依从性。

Intervention：

The intervention group employs a prepayment mechanism for HPV self-sampling, requiring participants to pay a fee of 20 RMB as an economic incentive before receiving the testing kit, to encourage them to complete the self-test and return the results. After completing the self-test and providing feedback, participants will receive a full refund, enhancing their psychological commitment. Various payment methods are accepted, including cash, bank transfers, and third-party payment platforms, to reduce payment barriers. Participants will deliver the sampling kits to local maternal and child health centers, which will then mail them collectively to the Genetic Health Office of the Inner Mongolia Maternal and Child Health Hospital. A dedicated hotline will be established for participants to promptly feedback their results. For participants who test positive for HPV, we will offer free follow-up medical services, including doctor consultations and appointment scheduling, and continuously track their treatment compliance.

HPV self-sampling kits were provided to participants free of charge.?After the participants complete self-sampling, they will send the samples back to the designated laboratory for HPV testing free of charge, and the investigator will bear all relevant expenses; the test results will be fed back to the participants in time by telephone or SMS. For participants with positive HPV test, we will provide free follow-up treatment services including doctor consultation and examination appointment, and continuously track their compliance with diagnosis and treatment.

Random number table method: We used a random number table generated by Excel software to assign a unique random number to each participant. Based on the random number, we randomly assigned the participants to a control group (free HPV self sampling) and an intervention group (prepaid HPV self sampling) in a 1:1 ratio.
